Le “Storie notturne” di Fabio Zuffanti – musicista, produttore, artista a 360° – sono una raccolta di racconti, molto brevi, pensati come una sorta di “benefico rifugio solitario” alle pressioni della vita.
Queste storie sono tratteggiate, raccolte, sempre in bilico tra il reale e l’onirico come a volerci accompagnare all’avvicendarsi tra il giorno e la notte.
La sospensione della realtà, tipica di maestri come Buzzati, Borges, Bioy Casares e altri, sembra volersi opporre, idealmente, al realismo imperante in letteratura. Ogni situazione e personaggio va in quella direzione: tutto è giocato nell’irrealtà e nel paradossale, come se fossimo in un abisso composto di sogni e distorsioni. Attingendo ad altre dimensioni possiamo provare a comprendere più profondamente il tessuto delle nostre esistenze, il tempo che passa, la fragilità dei sentimenti.

Fabio Zuffanti (Genova, 1968) è considerato uno dei musicisti italiani più eclettici e rappresentativi. Nella sua carriera ha lavorato da solista e collaborato con molti gruppi (Finisterre, Maschera Di Cera, Höstsonaten e molti altri), pubblicando numerosi album e ottenendo numerosi riconoscimenti internazionali. Sulla sua opera, in Canada, nel 2016, è uscita "Jeux de Miroirs", una biografia scritta da Michel Bilodeau. Come autore di libri ha pubblicato diversi saggi tra cui" O casta musica" (2012), "Ma che musica Suoni?" (2014) e "Prog, 101 dischi al 1967 al 1980" (2016, scritto in collaborazione con Riccardo Storti); e una raccolta di poesie, "Il giorno sottile" (2016). The "Night Stories" by Fabio Zuffanti - musician, producer, artist at 360 ° - are a collection of short stories, thought of as a sort of "beneficial lonely refuge" to the pressures of life.
These stories are dashed, collected, always in the balance between the real and the oneiric as if to accompany us to the alternation between the day and the night.
The suspension of reality, typical of masters such as Buzzati, Borges, Bioy Casares and others, seems to want to oppose, ideally, to the prevailing realism in literature.
